Batch Recipe Workflow Structures
A valid workflow structure is a hierarchical structure that defines the order in which Procedures, Unit Procedures, Operations, and Phases are executed in a batch process. The structure is defined by the following elements:
- Batch Recipe Procedures: Procedures are the top-level elements in the workflow structure. They define the overall sequence of steps that are performed in a batch process. Use the Bach Recipe Editor component.
Within a Batch Recipe as a master recipe and associated formulas.
- Unit Procedures: One-to-one relationship with an equipment unit.
- Operations: Operations define the steps that are performed within a Unit Procedure.
- Phases: Phases define the smallest units of work that are performed in a batch process.
The workflow structure is hierarchical. The order in which Procedures, Unit Procedure, Operations, and Phases are executed is defined by the parent-child relationships between them.
