Getting Error: Cannot Set the Process Segment

You upgraded to 3.81.x
When trying to change a Material Definition, you get this message

Cannot set the process segment (User has insufficient rights for equipment mode class.)

Check the Mode (for that Equipment via the Equipment Manager
