| OEE Downtime | Indeterminate shortstop detected for Equipment (<Equipment/Path>). Please adjust analysis end date forward by <Time Amount>. | This occurs when the analysis end date slices a downtime event so that it is ambiguous if it is a short stop or not. Although the full downtime event in reality may be very long, slicing it early with an analysis end-date could cause the system to see it as a short stop. This is because analysis can only take temporal "snapshots" of the data, and does not see data that occurs after the end-date timestamp. If this occurs, and Analysis is not able to tell if the downtime event is a True Shortstop or not, the system will send this message back to the user, suggesting an amount of time to adjust the end-date timestamp in order to know for sure if the downtime event is a short stop or not. The amount of time is calculated by taking the difference between the downtime event's shortstop threshold and how long analysis sees that its been running. |
