OEE Checklist
- MES modules (OEE, T&T, Recipe, SPC) must have matching version number with the Production Module. An installation can't mix versions between modules.
- Keep in mind the store rate of tag collectors - if time sensitivity is important, shorten it to 5 seconds or even 0
- Known issue: tag collectors can't start from zero. Initialize to 1 prior to dragging into counters
- Indexing only works with cell-level tag collectors - select the cells for infeed/outfeed in the material manager
- A mode tag is not required - the model will change equipment mode according to settings in Material Manager. Only use tag if you want fine-grained control.
- Keep counter names the same across lines/cells
