Problem
You are using the Live Tag [MES]<Enterprise>/<Site>/<Area>/<Line>/Live Analysis/<Live Analysis Name>/Line State Value
You have noticed that when your Equipment goes down for Unknown Reason (a code that is not entered, coded, in the Equipment State list
for that Equipment), you will get the correct value in the OEE Time Chart or in the OEE Downtime Table (provided you activated the
Unknown State as Unplanned Reason flag)
If you are also monitoring the Line State Value Tag, you will find that it reports the value -3
Solution
Setup the following Live Analysis Settings : Unknown State as Unplanned Downtime = True
