Downtime Detection Method View
The OEE Downtime Detection method can be selected and configured here (as well as via scripting). Click on Downtime Detection in the OEE section.
The dropdown for the Downtime Detection Method field has several downtime detection methods. Select the method required for the equipment and then set the Minimum Cells Running Threshold. Click 
to save the edits. Refer to Downtime Detection Modes for details.
