Details
1) Yes, unless there is a noteworthy change.
A noteworthy change is one of the following :
Equipment State Change, Schedule Changed, Schedule Progress Update.
The Schedule Progress Update happens based on the Update Interval setting of the operation.
2) Auto Start and Auto End are evaluated every second and this is not configurable.
There is also an update event that is configurable on the Update Event Interval (seconds)
property on the operation definition which can be changed in the MES Object Editor.
This parameter handles updating the progress of the Task.
