Specifying Material Lots Optionally
To accept material lots optionally, set these Material_In sub-parameters:
Specify Material Lots As Optional
You can set these in Phases, Batch Recipes, and Batches (at execution time).
- Auto_Create_Lot = F
- Auto_Select_Lot = T
- Bypass_Quantity_Check = F
Make Sure to Meet these requirements:
- Lot must exist in the system prior to running the batch.
- Lot must have enough available quantity
Restrictions:
- Cannot use lots with the USED lot status.
Based on availability, the system references or creates a material lot.
Hold Conditions
- If these requirements are not met, the phase goes into Hold .
- If the quantity is exceeded the phase goes into Hold.
